The Northeastern Section of the ACS (NESACS) consists of over 6000 members. The NESACS is a very active local section of the ACS with members involved in a numerous aspects of chemistry from academic to pharmaceutical to biotech and everything in between. With the large number of pharma and biotech companies in the Northeast, there is a strong section interest in science related to these sectors.

The NESACS continues to sponsor local scientific meetings of interest to the general scientific community.

NESACS - Process Chemistry Symposium

This day-long symposium focused on process chemistry and featuring speakers from industry and academia. There will be opportunities to network with members of the local chemistry community during lunch and a late afternoon reception.
